What you post to Substack can be played as audio with the tringular play button on the top right of the screen.

Links to your website do not have that feature.

Please post your full articles to Substack instead of mere links.

You are not reaching people who like your material but filter articles by starting out listening.

Being from India, there have been many problems with setting up memberships on this platform so the best solution was to keep them separate. I have talked to Substack plenty of times and even pointed out the exact things they need to do in order to resolve those issue.

But given that India is not a big market for them to make revenue (yet), they are probably not considering rectifying those issues.

I have tried a couple of text-to-speech services for the audio support in the longer articles, both of them did have an API but the quality was super low.

If you are comfortable, I would highly recommend installing this chrome extension and then reading those blogs: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/speechify-text-to-speech/ljflmlehinmoeknoonhibbjpldiijjmm.

I have been in their API waitlist so as soon as I make it, you will see an audio integration there. Thanks for the feedback, Kurt :)
